Find these words and terms related to Polaroid Instant film photography. In 1943, Land conceived, an instant, self-developing film and a camera that would process it. Land announced the instant camera system would be demonstrated at the February 21, 1947 winter meeting of the Optical Society of America. Working around the clock, Polaroid scientists developed a working model of the system, which allowed Land to take an instant picture of himself at the Optical Society meeting. The photograph developed itself within a minute.
