School: Theravada
Theravada is a different kind of Buddhism. It began in India with missionaries from the Sangha who came to South East Asia. Their main goal is to become an arhat, or a person to achieves complete nirvana. They do not have to pray to deities to achieve this nirvana and have no specific worship.
