October 19th through October 25th is National Healthcare Quality Week. The FHC Quality Dept.is offering staff a chance to win one of four $25.00 Target Gift Cards by entering a contest! Find and circle the words listed on the left, write your name, department and phone number on the back, fold and drop off at the front desk. Winners will be contacted on October 28th.
