Text: 1 Peter 5:1-6 Shepherd the Flock Summary: Today is a great day at our church! Joel Fitzpatrick will be ordained today as an elder. Watch closely and listen as he will take vows (make promises) to become and elder. We'll also make vows to God and to Joel as well. Today in our sermon we'll also hear about the work of an elder. God uses the image of a shepherd and the sheep to describe the relationship between and elder and the people. Let's see why: Outline: 1.
