Immeasurable Power Ephesians 1:19-23 Summary: Have you ever tried to swim out into the waves in the ocean? If so, you know that sometimes it can be very hard to do because of the power of the waves. In a small way, the waves remind us of God's unstoppable power. Today we'll talk about God's power at work in YOU if you have faith in Jesus. God's power is unstoppable and He wants you to know His power in your life. Let's think about His power today: 1. The problem: we do not experience the power of God as we should 2. The prayer a. To know that God’s power is greater than all other powers b. To know that God directs his power for your spiritual good 3. The pattern: The power at work in Jesus is also at work in us: a. It brings us power over death b. It brings us hope for heaven c. It brings us victory over Satan d. It connects us to Jesus forever Verse: Ephesians 1:18–19 (ESV) ...That you may know... what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe.
