Good Neighbor Day was started by Mrs. Becky Mattson in Montana with Congressional correspondence to The Honorable Mike Mansfield in 1971. With Mr. Mansfield's enthusiastic support, National Good Neighbor Day was subsequently proclaimed by three United States Presidents: President Carter, President Ford and President Nixon. Try to find the words and then bring it to the office on Monday the 26th to receive a neighborly treat.
