Do not let your hearts be troubled John 13:36–14:7)
John 13:36-14:7
Do you ever remember a time when a friend betrayed you? Maybe it happened when you were scared, or when you needed someone to be a friend. That is what happened between Jesus and the Apostle Peter (and really all of the apostles)! Did you know that? The Apostle Peter, whom Jesus told to feed his sheep, the one who was the leader of the church, he betrayed Jesus! WOW! How can that be? Did Jesus still love him? Yes, Jesus not only loved him, but loved him knowing that Peter was going to deny Him! That is pretty amazing!!! This week we will hear the good news that if we believe in Jesus, He will always love us and will make a place for us in heaven.
