Sometimes when we are really angry or frustrated, we forget to take a moment to calm ourselves down. Everyone gets sad, mad, angry, happy, and frustrated. It is much easier to tell someone why you are upset when you are calm. When we are calm, there is a better chance people will understand and help us feel better.
